The start to 2025 has been tumultuous to many. We aren't used to the government moving so quickly to make drastic changes - many of which affect higher ed. @chronicle is doing a webinar where we will try and help make sense of it all. https://t.co/lO0VbDrTqx
The Chronicle has just put out a state by state comparison on how higher education is doing across so many different areas (faculty pay, enrollment, graduation rates, tuition, etc.) and it is quite telling. We have a lot of work to do to level things out. https://t.co/RNWZ1AVHx1
Most people would advise a friend to go to college. Yet relatively few think colleges do a great job educating their students — or are of great benefit to graduates. Check out @chronicle's national poll on the public perception of higher ed: https://t.co/7OO23mzDe9
Hey everyone! Join me virtually at @chronicle's #Chronfest on 11/1 where I'll be ranting about what’s wrong – and right – with the American higher-ed system! I have a lot to say on the subject. :-) https://t.co/pjtLwGsLvy
@AgencyIQ_FDA, POLITICO's newest division are hosting interviews on Thursday, 6/11 with @RepFredUpton (R-Mich.) & @RepDianaDeGette (D-Colo.) on the planned updates to the landmark 21st Century Cures Act to help shape health care modernization.

1/4: I’ve been looking for the words and haven’t been able to find a way to clearly articulate them. I’m angry. I’m frustrated. I’m sad. I’m enraged. I’m lost. I’ve been trying to find the meaning in this. The lesson. But it’s not the first time and it. Just. Keeps. Happening.
2/4: This question, and the response from @ellenpompeo , struck home. She’s right. This only changes if we raise the next generation by actually showing them what it means. By not just saying it, but by doing it. By embracing different ideas. Different races. Different religions.
