Wow @ao you have totally ruined my sisters Christmas. Ordered a cooker, delivery van turns up and its not in the lorry. Offered a refund & no cooker. 2 young children & no Christmas Dinner for them! We will take it further 😡 #ao

@ao hi, had a failed delivery on Thursday as apparently your driver used all his hours, so rearranged for today 7am-12pm. Keeps getting pushed back and now says 5-7pm. I’m self employed and this is the second day I’m now waiting in all day not earning any money 😢

I went round in circles 4weeks 2then raise a dispute with PayPal and get a refund (went in my favour) how can they not refund if it’s cold, driver rude, not received or taken in error #jokers #watchdog
