@EtihadHelp Thank you for your compensation voucher… I don’t think 300 USD covers time lost plus this added headache of chasing you guys but something better than nothing right? Also note I won’t be flying Etihad anytime soon due to this experience.
@EtihadHelp been communicating and emailing your team for over a month without any feedback. What kind of customer service is this? And yes I’ve emailed the case references and messaged you all too. 45 days and no reply… @etihad
@etihad I’ve tried emailing the team for the past 30 days and no one has gotten back to me apart from an auto generated case reference number which was about 30 days ago…
