@SkyHelpTeam No where does it tell me my current connection speed, it tells me an estimated speed not current connection speed which is what I expect to see, also connected speed is no longer available in the router due to ethernet connection now and not WAN cable

@SkyHelpTeam your missing the point i have spoken with sky this morning and have been informed sky can no longer provide its customers with there connection speed at the time of phoning due to BT withholding customer download data. app no longer tells us and router can’t as not WAN connected

@SkyHelpTeam they do not ive been in a call with sky this morning and you can’t provide my connection speed as BT are withholding this data from sky i have to run a speed test from app when it drops to gather info to pass on to BT. And sky confirm things happening in background with BT to fix
