@Tara_Moss It’s horrid &wrong, but as most hospitals are in cities you’d get people using it for work/shopping if it was free, so at least it protracts the spaces for people using the hospital
What they should have is a car reg system where you can pay as you leave or within 30 days

It’s a well known loophole, close the company, reopen in spouses names, or a little different- BBLoan written off
