@HuaweiMobileUK My newly purchased phone can't install update and no one is getting back to me. Having been with Huawei a while, this is really annoying and thinking of changing to another brand.

@Betterhelpers @GLL_UK @Better_Epsom The frustration is it seems the policy is enforced for some but not others. Plenty swapping pools and we felt singled out when everyone else doing it. You need to review how staff enforce it.

@GLL_UK @Better_Epsom -awful experience swimming with kids at Rainbow leisure centre in Epsom. Kids weren't allowed in kids pool eventhough it wasn't full so ended up not swimming and standing at side of adult pool. Staff couldn't deal with it and chaotic experience.
