@edwards_callum Surely Cardiff having around 7 internationals a year means that rugby is staying in the capital as the WRU want, so the region’s could sit outside of the capital and Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and Llanelli all get a bit of the rugby pie.
Need a plan for the rest of wales though
