@ThomsonCares then on the last day we were leaving we realised they had given us wrong rooms for us to stay in anyway

@ThomsonCares they changed our rooms closer together a couple of days later we wasted a whole day waiting for it to happen

@ThomsonCares a day in reception and also when we got there they put our 2 apartments in completely differant parts of the building

@ThomsonCares its as if we paid almost 7000 for 2 weeks all inclusive with promised things that we couldn't have only half hour of wifi

@ThomsonCares so we had to go straight out and buy kids dinner

@ThomsonCares and all inclusive was only limited to half a page and we could only eat up to 9pm the flight on the way there was delayed

@ThomsonCares the jacuzzi was closed down the food was not cooked properly and iv even got pictures of mouldy and uncooked food

@ThomsonCares the Internet over there was rubbish but thats a miner issue compared to what we had to deal with
