Busy day today completed weekly inspections at 3 schemes. Also completed some personal evacuation assessments on some of our customers today along with some new starter tenancy visits. #teampurple #nhood22 @pahousing. Keeping busy keeps the body active and focused 💪

@thathurt @PAHousing Sorry to hear this about the window. I was on site yesterday and secured the window myself as we have problem getting replacment parts and can take a while for them to arrive. I will raise this again and see if we can get the window securely closed on a temporary basis.

Bridge court Rushden inspections completed. Communal internal areas are clean. Nice to see our new cleaning contractor are on the ball. Some items identified in external area and request sent for removal.#teampurple #nhood21 @pa_housing
