@Hermesparcels thanks for;having a telephone line that you don't have anyone available to speak to, live chat that only provides a robotic assistant, not leaving calling cards, not delivering my parcel when I've waited in, sending my parcel back to sender. Merry Christmas, bravo
@bbcstrictly I have nothing against @Joe_Sugg but it is bang out of order if he wins strictly. He does not deserve to be in the final. I find the judges comments on his dancing offensive when let's face it his dancing is not of the standard or the other final contestants.
@Starbucks worst coffee we've ever had. Even after telling the barista what the problem was this is how I received my coffee back. Being a gold level member I know my Starbucks coffees and service. It has been getting bad for a while. I try to avoid this one when possible

@jet2tweets Hi Samantha, I did make a call today to Jet2, I was told by a representative that it’s down to my insurance company and that Jet2 have no obligation towards me other than offer me half my cost I payed for the return flight and to book another flight myself.
In Geneva my flight has been cancelled back to the UK with @jet2tweets I called @jet2tweets & they are the most unhelpful company I have had the unpleasant dealings with. No help with accommodation for tonight or suggesting another flight home. Appalling.
