@DouglasLwangaUg @CentenaryBank wins this one, they charge customers for using there app, every button clicked is money deducted… I lost around 20k just from navigating there app, imagine… no transactions were made. Every button and page I explored, my money just kept decreasing 🚮🚮🚮

I bank with Centenary bank. When logged in to their banking app, the balance is always hidden, clicking to see the balance costs you 600 shs. The way I always try not to accidentally click the see balance 😂. Centenary is the only financial service provider I know who charges customers for checking their account balance.
