@NHSEngland is the Your Covid Recovery site just an information website? Or is there a service behind it that GPs can make referrals to. Our GP has seen the website and does not know how to refer patients to it.
@NHSuk is this more than just an information website? Our GP hasn't heard of it and certainly has no idea how to make a referral like the site suggests on the "What Next?" page.

@LloydsBank Ok, to confirm, existing applications for business accounts by personal account customers wishing to apply for bounce back loans, if applied for via previously given link, are being processed?
@LloydsBank It seems actually getting to speak to someone is easier said than done. I need an answer to my original question as to whether applications in this instance are being processed or if I should look to try elsewhere?
