Would appreciate you looking into this as I use your bikes every day and always work hard to only get the minutes I need (and not have to pay random hours with other companies because I’m standing by a bike and my app doesn’t work!)
@forestbike_uk hi there. Is your app down? Wouldn’t open at 6:15pm onwards tonight, meaning I’ve lost minutes I bought specifically for commuting, plus had to spend 6.99 for an hour of time from one of your rivals. Have updated app, switched phone off and on, wireless on/off etc.
