when do I get my money back for a flight to Dubai on 17/3 which you cancelled Spoke to your call centre 4 times - promises of escalation but nothing. Submitted a complaint form - no reply.
Even told of an incorrect payment. Paid to a different card.

Got a friend whose son recently joined BA as 0 hrs FO on EF lgw fleet. 400 hours up. Not sure what he wants to move onto though.
