@anaesthetic_spr Pretty sure the doctors who ask my opinion / input regarding a patient or to shadow me to learn don’t care I’m not a doctor. Equally when I have a query I’m happy to ask them. MDT. A medical degree doesnt automatically instil capability. Curiosity, knowledge and experience do.

@SteveBarclay Why is it extraordinary? Union leader discusses strategy. What else do you expect? They have already stated 35% is what’s needed. 22% is less then 35% last I checked? Therefore not enough.
