Yesterday, I completed my PhD!
I started as a physicist. Now (hopefully), I’m a data scientist. Research has left me with more questions than answers, but that’s what makes it exciting.
Grateful to my supervisor, colleagues, friends, and everyone who made this journey incredible!
Yesterday, I presented the work I’ve been doing over the last six months at @Cambridge_Uni, under the guidance of Prof. @pietro. It's been an amazing experience, and I hope the work and connections I’ve made will carry on. Big thanks to everyone I met along the way!
@matteo_berta99@CiraGabriele@fgiobergia@AlkisKoudounas@simone7monaco presented a paper on uncertainty in rainfall prediction at the 3rd Workshop on Uncertainty Reasoning and Quantification and another on improving medical image segmentation for small objects at the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science for Healthcare workshop
🚀 Wishing all the best to @simone7monaco; he will visiting the University of Cambridge to work on Graph Neural Stochastic networks with Prof. Pietro Liò @pl219_Cambridge! What an opportunity! 📚🌟
Good luck on this new academic adventure! 🍀
