Great to see Dr Simone Yule promoting Dorsets population health management system and the patient benefits it can deliver in the Financial Times. https://t.co/dGfhgc9owz
The NHS has an abusive relationship with its workforce. Under the guise of "professionalism" & "vocation", many staff are expected to work long hours, often antisocial ones (nights/weekends/bank hols), & work over & above their contracted hours. Staff feel guilty if they don't...
It’s the people who work in the NHS and social care who are on the side of patients
We want what’s best for the people we care for, it is us who are the patients champions
Not the politicians who allowed the NHS to crumble before our eyes @GMB
Thanks @itvnews for interviewing me about the SoS announcement today. Funding for nurses is welcome but we need to value our NHS staff. We don’t have enough nurses or Drs in GP currently. With nurses sadly needing to use food banks themselves, this will get worse…
@bbcquestiontime@KateAndrs As a GP I have always been ‘ in the office’ we are overwhelmed with a tsunami of patients who didn’t seek treatment in lockdown, subsequently are more unwell and have been on hospital waiting lists for >18wWe have a chronic lack of workforce and can’t recruit. QT give us a voice
2700 vaccinated in our first week inc all care homes it feels like we have started a climb up a steep mountain but we will get there, we will finish our over 80 group and housebound hopefully by this Friday 👍👍👍
Access to and confidence in using intelligence to inform need & measure outcomes, another great opportunity for a #phm approach to digital innovation within our integrated care systems. @simone_yule@crystaldjadali
Finally finished 2 weeks of drive through flu clinics, what an amazing experience, overwhelmed by all of our wonderful volunteers, who helped it run like clockwork. Nordcat provided transport with socially distanced minibuses so even some of our house bound patients got a day out
Just attempted to go to HSBC to find still only open 10-2pm Monday-Friday due to coronavirus? Why would this be? When we are all working 8-8pm I hope it’s not related to taking advantage of furlough or am I just cynical ?
I agree, we now have a weekly huddle with our whole social prescribing team - it’s truly humbling ,I am on a mission to try and embed SP as a front door offer for primary care 💕
I’m so proud and grateful to be partnering with @ElleGray111 and @theyoutrust for our Social Prescribing. They provide: Team, expertise, care, capacity, measurement & more. Thanks #timeforcare for helping us really think through vision to delivery last year. @DenbyWill@accuser
