확인해보니 1~4월 간 강남구 집합건물 중국인 매수는 5명 불과 등 명백한 허위기사입니다.

혐중 선동재료로 사용될 수 ��게 의도적으로 만든 가짜뉴스 기사로 추정됩니다.

명색이 언론, 그것도 경제언론인데 혐중을 부추겨 나라와 국민에 무슨 도움이 되겠습니까.

엄중하게 책임을 물어야겠지요?

In response to Japanese PM stressing U.S.-Japan alliance following President Trump’s China visit, MFA Spokesperson said:

Over 80 years ago, China and the U.S., along with the other members of the Allied Forces, jointly defeated Japanese militarists and fascists and built the postwar international order—the bedrock for peace and development in the Asia Pacific.

Today, Japan’s right-wing forces are seeking to challenge this order, which threatens to shake the very foundation of regional peace and has raised global concerns.

Japan should first and foremost address its wrongful rhetoric and action on Taiwan, halt its reckless remilitarization drive, return to the right track of good neighborliness, friendship and peaceful development, and earn trust from its Asian neighbors and the world with concrete actions.

세계의 언론이 미-중정상회담이 성과 없이 끝났다고
대필하나 그것은 오판이다.

중국의 입장에서는 중국�� 장차 세계 최강대국으로
부상한다는 의미를 미국과 세계에
충분히 전달한 회담이었다.

세계의 이목이 5월 14일 중국 베이징 인민대회에서
열린 미-중 정상회담에 쏠렸었다.

그 자리에서 중국 국가주석 시진핑이 모두발언을 통해
‘투키디데스의 함정’(Thucydides’s Trap)을 언급했다.

그 의미가 지닌 함의가 심대하나 미국과 세계의 언론이
그 뜻을 반추하지 못해 그의 발언의도가 묻혀 버렸다.

‘역사는 영원히 반복한다’는 말을 남긴 투키디데스는
고대 그리스의 역사가였다.

그는 기원전 5세기경 신흥강국 아테네와
기성강국 스파르타가 벌인 30년간의 전쟁과 대치를
‘펠로폰네소스 전쟁’(Peloponnesian War)으로 엮어냈다.

‘투키디데스의 함정’은 바로 거기에서 유래되었다.
신흥강국이 부상하면 기성강국과 기득권을
둘러싸고 무력충돌이 필연적으로 일어나고,
결국 신흥강국이 승리한다는 의미를 함축한다.

정치학자 그레이엄 T. 앨리슨이 그의 저서
‘운명적 전쟁’(Destined for War) 통해
역사적으로 ‘투키디데스 함정’에 빠진 사례가 16건이었는데
그 중에서 12건이 실제 전쟁으로 비화되었다고 분석했다.

구매력평가기준(PPP)으로 ��면 중국의 경제력은
이미 G-1의 반열에 올라섰다.

중국은 회담 내내 양국은 ‘경쟁자’가 아닌 ‘동반자’라는 말을
반복적으로 언급한 속내에도 주목할 필요가 있다.

그것은 중국은 이제 미국과 동등한 지위에 있다는 점을
내포하고 있는 것이다.
