this entire PODCAST ad was made by claude code for $2
from research, script, video generations, to the final edit
made it using my google flow connector so no expensive API credits were used
here's what it actually did:
- dug through real reviews for the VOC and wrote them into the script
- pulled frames from a real podcast set, swapped both hosts
- generated 24 talking takes in omni on flow
- built the split screen argument, the explainer panels, the b-roll cutaways, captions and end card by itself
i approved the script, the frames and the cut, and gave a few notes. that's it

pixar story ads are the cheapest attention in ecom right now
this whole 2 minute video is ONE generation
i pasted the script in once, and it planned every scene and cut them together without me opening an editor
a studio would quote $20k+ for 2 minutes of character animation like this
the hard part used to be keeping the same girl on screen for 2 full minutes, which is where other tools lose her
my setup locks her face and outfit before the first scene renders
i'm giving the full system away for free:
> 2 minute pixar stories from a single generation
> the claude prompt that turns a product into a plot
> autopilot mode, script in and finished video out
> keeping 1 character the same for 2+ minutes
> cutting 1 long story into 5 short ads

probably going to regret this...
$77K in 7 days selling products found from tiktok comments to women 45-65 on facebook at 10pm in 5 countries at $2-4 ads. the same products cost $23 ads in the US. same product. same buyer. different country. different price. 70 minutes of decisions that week
I put the full $13k/mo system into a 36-page guide:
> how to find your competitor's supplier name in their own page source code in 30 seconds (ctrl+F "vendor", search on alibaba, 50% cheaper)
> how to crack their "exclusive" discount codes by typing 5 URLs anyone can access (/discount/WELCOME10, SAVE20, VIP25)
> how to read the pages they tried to hide from google (/robots.txt, wholesale pricing, test collections, influencer commissions)
> why mexico at $3.92 ads, poland at $2, and turkey at $2 with installments that make $60 look like $10/month
> the ad URL trick that pre-loads the expensive variant + pre-checks the subscription before the page finishes loading
> how to steal 5 competitor email funnels by abandoning 5 carts and screenshotting every email for 72 hours ($0)
β the 36-page $0-$10K/mo ecom playbook
β the 6-point product page checklist to go from 1.2% β 3.4% CVR

pixar style ads can sell the most boring product in ecom
this 40 second ad for dog joint chews came out of 1 generation
an 11 year old dog narrates it, and the whole story is him trying to get back on the sofa
i gave it the script and 1 photo of the tub, and it built every scene around them
biscuit stays the same dog from the rug to the sofa, which is the part other tools mess up
a 3d studio quotes $10k+ for 40 seconds of character animation like this
everything i used is in 1 doc:
> pixar ads from 1 script and 1 product photo
> the claude prompt that writes the story
> the 1 line that stops your ad getting cut short
> naming your product so scenes build around it
> keeping 1 character the same in every scene
comment "BISCUIT" + rt and i'll send it

f*ck it. iβm revealing how we took a NEW google ads account from $0 to $191k in 3 monthsβ¦
no history. no conversion data. live in 5 countries from day one
so i documented the ENTIRE build. every campaign, in the order we launched it (plus the full video walkthrough)
here's what's inside:
β the week 1 launch
(brand search + shopping in 5 countries at once, and why branded never gets more than 20-25% of the budget)
β the feed-only performance max campaign that did $45k on its own
(no images, no videos, no headlines. just the feed. and when you should start with standard shopping instead)
β the bestseller split
(one product pulled into its own campaign so it stopped fighting about 400 other products and variants for the same money)
β the pages we built for the people actually buying
(gift buyers, expecting parents, the "will it actually work?" crowd, value shoppers, and a comparison page)
β testing new pages through shopping
(the duplicated merchant center feed behind one advertorial making $7.2k through shopping alone)
β the 6-step scaling engine we ran on repeat from september
(and the one rule: duplicate asset groups, not campaigns)
β the boring stuff that kept ROAS above 3 while spend went up 6.4x
(titles, variant exclusions, custom labels, attributes, negatives)
β the month by month numbers
(july $4.5k β $19.6k. august $23.6k β $75.9k. september $29k β $95.4k)
