Last year, I sold my other duplex to buy up for what I was hoping was a better investment. 2nd month of hosting on Airbnb has crushed initial estimates. 😄🎉 I expected about $2-2500 & we hit $5200. Gotta start somewhere & this one feels so worth it!

Spring market in Columbus is in full effect. Had my first listing of the year go live this weekend, priced to sell, had multiple offers & in contract for $15K over asking price. Love this for my sellers.

I’m on my 2nd house hack & getting married in a few months. Thankfully my fiancé & I on the same page about house hacking for now lol

Did a micro direct mail campaign (~250) in a popular suburb in a great schools district. Not a single call or text 😅 this week I’m picking up the phone!

@HeyWilliamSalas School district, owned more than 3 years, built after 1978, single family free standing homes. Probably could have been narrowed down more 😅

Also walked & submitted an offer this weekend. Home was listed for 1 day. Offered $10K still got outbid. Upper $300s. The spring market is HERE in Columbus.
