@British_Airways thanks for ruining the surprise I had for my wife after canceling my flight. Appreciate it! That's after taking over 6 months to email me back about another canceled flight where you owed me compensation. Is this how you treat all Gold/Silver Status members?

@VirginTrains Thanks for your interest. It’s the 11.30 from London to Edinburgh. What’s annoying is it’s my wife’s first time to Edinburgh, we got the perfect table and wanted to show her the view. The best part of the journey won’t be seen now.
