@WestJet I paid extra to get a exit row seat on flt WS1867. Imagine my surprise when I got on your new 787-9 plane that doesn't have exit row seats, which I paid for. I'm 6'4" and get exit rows for the space. Now I'm in for an uncomfortable flight. Thanks!
