@LucasGrenen @prof_wagnerst @XPConf Thank you! Congrats to you, as well. You did a really nice job at bridging leadership and agile teams!
Sounds like a good idea :-)
Wohoo, our paper on the distribution of #leadership roles in #agile teams is now pre-published! Thanks to my colleagues Daniel Graziotin, Christoph Heinecke and @prof_wagnerst, as well as to the reviewers by @XPConf.
@SEStuttgart Thanks from my part to Daniel Graziotin, Christoph Heinecke and @prof_wagnerst for the support and valuable feedback during the cooperation :-)
Due to the current environment, we have decided that there will be no physical event this year. We are working diligently to find the best way to present the conference content online and will keep you posted. https://t.co/dfYex3EhI5

@veganaiZe@allenholub One should be patient and be willing to learn from the team first, e.g. ask someone to explain his or her expert topic to you. Also, you can realize quickly how open a team is to coaching by asking questions on why they do things the way they do it. Their reaction will tell you.
Isn't it a #paradox that #science emphasizes so much on writing up research in a way that it can be replicated but actually #replication of research is often unwanted? #scientificparadox

@pipcosper I think successfull people are not successfull because they were told all their life long how amazing they are. I would say it is more the opposite: they are successfull because they never give up and don't stop when they are rejected.
@kaktusmimi Let every player paint an apple tree (or the problem cause if it is paintable) so that no one but themselve can see the painting of each player. Than let them put all of the paintings on a wall next to each other. Than compare them and reflect together on the differences.
