@0contextrovers It’s a very close call one way or the other so very reluctantly I have to admit that it was a fair decision (just like not flagging would have been fair too!). If Cambridge had lost this would have been hard to take but in the end it didn’t really matter.

@Posted_to_BAOR Mine was favourable! Flying to FI for 4 month tour Spent two days sunbathing by a pool in Ascension Island due to a fault on the aircraft (RAF VC 10) discovered on the refuelling stop. The lads waiting to go home from FI who were catching that plane home were less impressed!

@Official_NCFC We’ve played 6 league games. If Paterson can forge these players into a team (and at least some of them are excellent for this level) then there’s every chance this is a much better season than the pessimists predict. If so I expect to see you all back on here eating humble pie.

Lot of posts from Notts fans complaining about lack of a statement. But if there’s nothing to say then why be surprised if they say nothing? If SM was on his bike it would be worthy of announcement, but if he isn’t then what’s the point in saying “we’re not sacking the manager”?
