Jesus Christ… now we’ve been sat at reading for 15 mins ‘waiting for train crew’. Now you kicked us off (after the nby train on p7 they held for us to go first left). Appreciate the cause of delays are outside your control but the way you handle service recovery sucks
@gwrhelp absolute sh*t show. No info at Paddington. Got on delayed 1808 to nby- no driver. Told to switch to Plymouth train on next platform - it wasn’t. No sign of it, no info on boards, no staff with info either so missed it. Now on 1906. Delay repay claim inbound
@GWRHelp are you going to hold the 1901 RDG-NBY service for everyone on the delayed trains from Paddington? It’s the least you can do given you’re piling everyone on the delayed 1830 WSM train
@gwrhelp not only was the 710 nby-pad 16mjns late, it’s now crawling along between nby-rdg. No info on reasons (on top of a 1h15 delay getting home last night. I see you put your prices up on time though!

@gwrhelp yet another 3rd world service from NBY-PAD this morning. On top of all the cancelled trains, your ticket machine failed to add the ticket to my smart card, it did charge me though! Ticket office made me pay again. Now paid twice for a non-existent train. Shocking service
@GWRHelp It’s safe to say your services have been utterly rubbish lately… do you ever run a train on time? The last week I endured travelling with you I had 7 delay repay claims!
@gwrhelp would you please enlighten us as to why the 1803 pad-nby train is still sat here at 1810? No info on board except to inform us which of your very expensive tickets aren’t valid!!!
@gwrhelp staff shortages, broken down trains, more trains needing maintenance… just a selections of the excuses I’ve had today & many times this week. Now up to 9 delay repay claims. Wouldn’t it be better to fix the problems than just payout comp all the time?
@gwrhelp any chance of you running any trains on time between pad & nby this week? 75% of my journeys either cancelled or delayed by >30mins. What do I get for my £££££’s?
