@TeamYouTube Here you can see it meets all the requirements. When I go to customize > Basic Info > Channel URL, it doesn’t give me the option to claim a new one

@Shopify My friends Shopify store has been hacked and taken control over, support has been useless and have given him no help. He can see changes made in his Rewind Back ups! Please DM me as soon as possible, fraud could be committed under his name.
