Hi @lebara you sent me a new sim card last week, your ‘next gen’. Since I swapped it, I can’t call landline phones (normal landlines, like mums nursing home, not a premium no) as I have ever since we moved to you. Customer services tell me I can’t call business numbers!!
@HelloRayoHelp I’m having to log back in to the iOS app pretty much every day. Seems to be if I start it with low signal and it times out. Can you sort this out please? Love the app but it’s driving me to distraction.
@ThreeUKSupport Yep, four family phones on Three and several friends experiencing the same, everyone in our area complaining of same. Your support have told me several times there’s no issues but there clearly are!
Hi @ThreeUKSupport you keep sending me messages saying that the signal issues in L37 are fixed but they’re not. Where I previously had five bars I now have 0-1 (L37 1NU- pretty sure you have a tower within 100 feet). Also been in PR8 2BZ the last few days, 0-1 bar there too.

@Crew_Clothing it’s TEN days since I placed my order. Two messages sent to customer services. No reply. No parcel. Evri says they’re expecting it. Pretty poor service, not sure I’ll buy from you again.
@itvMLshow this is fro my 95 year old mothers energy bill, they’ve estimated 3x as much energy this year as the the same time last year, and I’m guessing this is what they’re using to set their DD’s. I’ve submitted readings regularly, there’s a £2200cr this bill alone.

Requested a refund from @ShellEnergyHome for my 94 y/o mum.. £1000 in credit. They said it would be refunded within 10 days. 11 days today, contacted, the refund has been cancelled as it was requested within 3 days of the billing cycle! @MartinSLewis#CostCapScandal#PMQs
@SkyHelpTeam This is absolutely ridiculous. Every night this happens. Connection to main box is fine, connection to internet is fine, and if I restart this mini box it will work. But I have to do it every day.
