@pompey4ever007@rudd_su@PMBrewCo Back in late 2022 @PMBrewCo did the biggest ploughman’s in the world, we made the mistake of ordering one each (I finished mine off, obviously)
@masato_jones Our money hit the bank after midnight, three of our craft bars moved to Square in the summer, much better fees and next day payout, we’d planned to move the last one in Jan anyway, this just confirms our choice, that’s £1m a year that Zettle have lost from us
We talk about the indies here what happens is many of us work with card companies such as @iZettleUK and the most money a business will receive often is the weekend before Christmas it’s usually paid two banking days later
Zettle should have paid 27th December for 20th to 22nd December takings
They did not pay affected many businesses no media is interested @skynews@bbcnews@itvnews@business@FinancialTimes yet some businesses reporting missing £12,000 restaurants, cafes ear marked money to pay their staff
On social media let’s make a fuss of this please because we can
@edfenergy After two weeks trying to get in touch, I think I’ll just switch back to Opus - how do I arrange that?
Also, check your DM’s I’ve already sent you everything
@edfenergy I’ve been trying to contact you for over a week, call, WhatsApp etc, no answer, no response
Complete shambles since Opus takeover, bills doubled and meter mysteriously stops working
Please contact me
@edfenergy Any chance of a reply, still nothing, we can now add X DM’s to the list of failed communications
No answer on phone, no response to WhatsApp, no reply to emails
How do I get in touch, never had a single problem with Opus and I didn’t choose to be an EDF customer
@tabamatu It’s a good pub run by good people, but then I am slightly biased
If you’d come last week, we had four of your beers across two other venues, obviously all sold out in a day or two, Pineapple Head was particularly popular
