Paying £6,000+ per year is painful enough. The absolute least we should expect is a seat. The train is full at Banbury, before then stopping at two of the biggest commuter towns before London. 6 carriages is not enough!

@chilternrailway They have an updated announcement at Banbury station saying “there are usually only a few seats available on this train”.

It genuinely makes the situation worse. You’re acknowledging how packed these trains are, yet doing nothing to find a solution.

@chilternrailway How do you guys decide the correct amount of carriages to put on a service? I’m paying £700 a month to stand on a 1hr long train everyday.

6 carriages on a commuter train to London at peak time isn’t enough.
