@HostPapa ... 12 hours of email being down and all I am hearing is "the team are working on it". Not Good Enough. A full working day of lost productivity because your tech team are incompetent.
So @Qantas has just told me they don't status match anymore. Well, my domestic flying will go to @VirginAustralia and I will stay with @cathaypacific for international. Silly mistake @Qantas ....

@vivino I have a few suggestions for improvements. In the app how about you include a field for 'location'. I can check-in my wine but have to use the comments (which is not searchable) to ID where in the cellar they are. And your website has zero cellar functionality at all.

Just had a terrible customer service experience with @hunterexpressau .. Not only is parcel late but the customer service agent simply hung up on me. NEVER use this group. Their idea of service is the same as how a bull services a cow!
@hunterexpressau - Worst Customer Service ever ... Had an urgent package coming. Had to call them every day to check status (despite repeated promises that someone would call me back). Now I get an email with just a "sorry it will come next Tuesday" - DO NOT USE THEM!
Seems that @CzechAirlines social customer service is as bad as their other service ... Nil response from them for 6 days. Unbelievable. Why do they even bother having a Twitter handle?
