I have been a registered financial advisor for over 10 years.
I worked with the biggest asset managers and banks in the world.
You don't need me if you follow these simple rules:
@DanGamito and I are hosting a talk about Practical Tools and Case Studies for Business Value Creation with AI.
Make sure to attend it on July 31.

Just pulled my first image from NOAA-18.
You can see the Mediterranean Sea with Italy in the middle.
Thanks to @SeanKutzko and @Hoshnasi for your great content.
Setup:
Baofeng UV-5R -> Smartphone Recording -> SatDump Decoding
@realEstateTrent I can confirm this.
I fact, after more than a decade as a financial consultant, I can't think of any private "investor" who ever a) run the numbers on their real estate investment
b) were successful with it.
Successful = ROI > Bond Yield
When will an AI be better at predicting what you are going to say than you are?
Given enough training data, an AI should be able to emulate a human almost perfectly, in behavior, language, values, reasoning, etc.
Was talking recently to a founder who sold his VC-backed business for $55 million.
Massive success, right?!
He must be rich, right?!
He walked away with $250,000.
Y'all, the top-line number isn't everything.
@AnthonyDeSimone@realEstateTrent Interesting.
I never liked the accounting part in my finance education.
Although I agree that you can't go without it.
Finance gives you the birds eye perspective how different factors influence each other.
Yet, I still pay my accountant.
@bumbuhklaattt@kevinobriencha1@dbienaime That is not how logic and reasoning work.
I don't have to disprove your claim or assertion.
You have to provide evidence.
@bumbuhklaattt@kevinobriencha1@dbienaime I read the article. Did you?
It doesn't cite any sources.
I am assuming you referring to this passage?
"The poverty rate is estimated..."
According to who?
Is the source the Planning Institute of Jamaica?
If so, I would like to see the data, that is all.
