There’s a principle in toxicology that should be mainstream:

The dose makes the poison.

Everything is toxic if the dose is high enough - even essentials like water and oxygen. Coffee, salt, vinegar, vitamins… all can be harmful in excess.

That’s why looking at names of chemicals is misleading. What matters is the dose.

Take glyphosate: it’s classified as less toxic than caffeine, table salt, or vinegar.

Science stands firm on this: it’s not about whether something is “natural” or “synthetic.”

It’s always about the dose.
