@claudeai why do you break so often. I've never met a company so full of its own hubris and can't get the basics right by staying online all the time. This started in March and it's a disaster, mate. We get to use less of your product and you break more often.

I pay $340/month for @AnthropicAI's Max plan. I run my business on it. I've sent six support emails in two weeks. Zero responses. Not a single one.
