Americans fundamentally cannot believe someone with money would choose to rent because, deep down, they think renting is for poor people and they simply cannot conceive why someone would choose to do something that, in their mind, poor people do
🚨SLEEP DEPRIVATION DAMAGES YOUR BRAIN—LITERALLY
Sleep deprivation isn’t just tiring—it’s brain damage.
A study on young participants found that just one night of bad sleep increased levels of the protein S-100B by 20%—the same spike seen in traumatic brain injuries.
Once in the bloodstream, this protein triggers toxicity, potentially leading to neuronal death.
How do you prevent this?
Get high-quality sleep.
Treat bedtime like the most important appointment of the day.

To clarify this is real and they hold something like $2 to $3.5 BILLION dollars worth of cheese.
It's one of 5 total stockpiles in the US:
🛢️Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) - Oil for energy security.
🚑Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) - Medical supplies for emergencies.
🏛️National Defense Stockpile (NDS) - Critical materials for defense.
🏠Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve - Regional heating fuel.
🧀Government Cheese Stockpile
One of these is not like the others.
Selling our Cheese to buy $BTC actually makes perfect sense.
🚨 Bybit just delivered a masterclass in crisis communications after experiencing the largest hack in crypto history. The situation is still live, but they’ve already succeeded in calming markets.
It’s a teachable moment for the rest of us. Here’s what they did rightand why it matters. 🧵👇
China is in a deep recession from the largest debt bubble in their history popping primarily from transportation and real estate. They are now printing absurd amounts of money to prop up their financial markets. Liquidity of this size spills over into global markets
"Too many tokens for altseason"
According to Grok 3 the actual number of altcoins minus memes, dead projects, etc is only:
1,000 to 2,000.
Less than 2021 and about the same as 2017.
Ok lets define alts:
-Memecoins (not alts)
-Ai Agent coins (extension of memes)
-Ponzi's (the grey area between memes and alts)
-Previous dead projects from past cycles (zombie alts)
-Cultcoins like XRP, ADA, etc (alts)
-Vaporware 2017 style crypto projects (alts)
-Startup projects with innovative ideas (alts)
-Real teams building transformative tech (alts)
-Cash flowing mature projects (alts)
Altseason will be a reversion of focus from memes to real projects building in the space.
While there might be millions of memecoins in crypto there are only a handful of projects building real tech or that are producing a profit and or that have genuinely talented teams behind them.
These projects are scarce. You cannot just click a button and launch a new one. There is a high barrier to entry that requires a lot of work.
Everyone keeps saying "there are too many tokens for altseason to happen," but altseason has always raised the bar as far as capital and attention.
2013 was BTC forks.
2017 was whitepapers and new ideas.
2021 was actual onchain products that made money
2025 will raise the bar even higher.
The long tail of zombie projects from past cycles won't pump.
Most vaporware projects won't pump, but those really good at marketing will.
Lots of startup projects with real talent and strong narratives will pump.
Lots of real teams building transformative tech will pump.
Lots of cash flowing mature projects will pump.
Every altseason had a barrier to entry that cuts out the long tail of tokens and focuses capital on the top teams moving the space forward.
There is always bleed over into some nonsense, but as a whole the focus is what the market sees as the most promising tech and upstarts.
This next altseason will be no different and will likely be BIGGER than previous altseasons because the market as a whole is bigger.
Fading altseason is fading timeless human behavior.
It's only a matter of time.
This is actually correct. 1% in annual fees means you're paying about 28% of your lifetime investment returns IN FEES
That's more than all your vacations and lattes -- COMBINED
You can get the same benefits for much, much cheaper when using an hourly or flat fee advisor
WINNING: THIS IS HUGE
Temu, SHEIN and all these tacky fast fashion companies that sell mostly crap have long relied on an unfair and unwarranted trade advantage.
They have long been beneficiaries of what is called the "de minimis loophole."
This loophole allows goods to be shipped directly from overseas to American consumers so long as the value of EACH PACKAGE is under US$800, without any customs declaration.
It's cheap, direct, untaxed and unregulated. It's a law that's existed since the 1930s, long before the internet and the existence of e-commerce retailers.
Last year the US received a BILLION packages from China through this loophole. CBP (Customs and Border Protection) cannot possibly inspect items at this scale so things do slip through the cracks - unsafe items, knock-offs, products made with forced labor from Xinjiang and yes, chemicals that are used to make FENTANYL.
To put things in context:
In 2022, GAP paid $700 million while H&M paid $200 million in import taxes.
Temu paid ZERO.
"Free trade" once again is not free. It's flooding our markets with cheap crappy potentially toxic goods, gutting our own retail markets, and allowing unsavory foreign competitors to exploit loopholes and gain unfair competitive advantages over retailers who HAVE to play by the rule because of... geography.
Now, we have closed this loophole for goods coming in from China.

Who would’ve thought that a man can get shot in the head, convicted of 30+ felonies, launch the largest memecoin in the world and become president of the United States all within a few months

I still think people sleep on how impressive (and insane) full-time YouTubers are...
Creators who run a successful $1m+ a year channel are like a swiss-army knife of skills.
Just imagine someone posted a job for a ‘YouTuber’ and these were the roles and responsibilities listed:
- On-screen talent and filming videos
- Scriptwriting and structuring videos
- Idea generation for the entire channel
- Creative vision for all videos
- Editing videos / managing edit team
- Quality control for all content
- Logistics of all productions
- Community management
- Email and calendar management
- Managing creative team
- Hiring and firing creative team
- Payroll for creative team
- Negotiating brand deals
- Researching other business opportunities
- Tax and money management
And I've probably missed some...
Successful creators are often talent + CEO + COO all in one.
I’m not saying this should be some sort of badge of honour, creators need to get better at delegation.
Many do have a bigger team behind them these days...
Even with that though, a whole new skillset is required. managing people, being responsible for others etc.
It's a tough and impressive job.
Yet a lot of the mainstream narrative of YouTubers is still ‘silly kid running around with camera’.
With each year though that narrative changes.
The new-gen of creators are here and they are operating on another level.

@SquintDeFi @CamelotFi I wonder the same lmao. but somehow I was kinda expecting it would be gone at any time soon, especially after they announced the presale which would happen on March 6th but there was no actual hype or marketing going on.
