2500km in 2025: April Review.
April saw a number of positives and a few areas of challenge requiring further growth. I was happy to make the 200km for the month and set a new PR for the 21.1km distance.

Mixed feelings about this new PR for the half marathon this morning.
First one I’ve done this year and is a good time, however had hoped to go under the 1 hour and 50min - just missed by 8 seconds! Will be at least 5 weeks until next attempt!

Big milestone today…finally brought up the 3000km since starting to run…coincides with breaking 100km for the month…hopefully the next 3,000km can be achieved in a shorter amount of time!

Happy with my #morning#run nice early start and reasonable distance. Still building towards running 15km for the first time - hopefully this will occur in the next few weeks.
Second #rotto_run for 2022 and pushed myself for the longer option.
Happy with result being consistent with approx 5’30” pace once settled in. Time for cool down, stretching before the day gets underway. #running#fitness_2022
First #run on Rotto for the holiday. A little bit delayed being now on my third #morning due to not recovering well from my first run back post Covid.
Satisfied with the time of sub-6min per km. Always love the tranquility of early morning running over here - great place to train
First #run post Covid. First run of the holidays.
Managed to get in 10km sub 60min so feeling pretty happy with that effort.
Let’s see how I pull up tomorrow!
#morning#run completed in a pace that I am reasonably happy with, especially considering the tightness I have in the calves at the moment.
Today brought up the 100lm for November, first time since February this year I have managed that milestone.
Have now managed to complete 5 runs this week, feeling pretty good about that. Another 5km done, and have kept it under the 6min per km like I have wanted to.

A solid #run this morning, especially considering energy levels were low after a late night with the Yr 11 Mother & Sun Dinner at school and which I organize.
Managed to get back under the 6min per km.
Looking forward to continuing to build!
#run number two all done for the week. A little quicker than yesterday, am more happy with the consistency of it rather than the overall time.
Looking forward to the run tomorrow already!
Stoked from the #run this morning.
Not because it was a great time but because I brought up the 2,500km milestone today of when I started my regular runs.
Hoping that I can keep with it for many more kms!
Feeling satisfied with the #morning#fitness#run managing to keep it under the 30min for the 5km.
Happy to keep this distance and continue to build a strong base for future plans.
