@TUIUK That’s poor. Is there an email address? That after sales upload doesn’t allow you to ask specific questions or get TUI to answer: it seems to generate generic response. You can’t phone either

@BoschGlobal @BoschUK Very disappointing service from Bosch. Engineer called Friday to fix my washing machine. Ordered part and rearranged for today. Part not delivered - took day off for repair. Unable to book another day! And it’s £188 and the appliance is just 6yo
