It's with a heavy heart that I learned on Christmas Day of the passing away of the Honorable Justice Paul Abine Ayah. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

@TumeSamari@AkereMuna Laughable, indeed, especially when year after year, the presumptive leading parties in this multitude demonstrate their unwillingness and/or incapacity to work in a concerted manner to advance a common cause.
@gregoirepiwele@AkereMuna A very good point.
What is the state of the legal profession in Cameroon today compared to the days, 30 years ago, when Bâtonnier Yondo Black was arrested?
@CelestinMonga Especially in a society that has lost the innate capacity to breed new great men and women to replace its fallen great women and men. Alas!
@SojipMichele@MrcAurelius Yes, Michele. Don't only think, write that book. I don't know you. I've never heard of you before, but reading your post brought me first tears and then joy. Telling your full story in the spirit of this post would be a great service to humanity and others experiencing the same.
@Presidenceci My deepest condolences to his family, to President ADO, and to the Ivorian people. As Minister of Justice and Human Rights, we worked harmoniously when I was the Head of the Human Rights Division in ONUCI. He was a defender of human rights, a gentleman, and a friend. RIP, M.KONE
@CelestinMonga Considering how abruptly this great man was snatched from us by COVID, it's troubling that, four years after his death, no worthy celebration or commemoration has been held in his honour by lead actors dans le monde "de musique, d'écriture et de parole". Or did I miss something?
