@mindofprospect I think they should ‘refund’ the egregious extra interest rate off your balance and then cap interest at 2-3%. This would take my £30k loan (which is now £32k after years of being a high earner) to a much lower amount which I would then actually pay off before it’s written off

@ShehabKhan Same for me, graduated 2015. £32k of debt it’s at £33k now. I’ve been earning £50-65k for years and it’s not touched it due to the crazy interest. Should be capped at like 2-3% not that I think that really does anything for us this far in

Freezing the tax bands again mean more people end up I the higher tax bracket so lose more. Higher tax rate should be about £72k now whereas it’s currently £50k
