1. Installed on Monday
2. Had Internet Tuesday. Yay!
3. Wednesday no Internet
4. 3 hours on hold
5. Turn it off and on again advice
6. Internet off after 30 mins
7. 3 more hours on hold. The cut-off
8. Cancelled on Thursday
