#Rwanda annonce enfin son retrait du territoire congolais.

📍Suite à la réunion de Washington hier, le Rwanda s’engage à retirer ses forces du territoire de la RDC, à lever ses mesures dites « défensives » et à se désengager des zones occupées.
Point clé : ce retrait n’est pas conditionné à la neutralisation des FDLR par la RDC.

#Rwanda et « respect » de la souveraineté congolaise
Kigali accepte officiellement de :
retirer ses troupes ;
abandonner ses mesures défensives ;
quitter les zones identifiées en RDC.
Soudain, la souveraineté et l’intégrité territoriale semblent compter… et sans aucune condition préalable.
Engagements de la RDC

📍En parallèle, Kinshasa promet d’intensifier ses opérations dans un délai défini pour neutraliser les FDLR.
L’objectif : sécuriser la zone pendant que le Rwanda se retire discrètement.

💥Ce que cela implique réellement
Ces actions coordonnées visent à :
réduire les tensions ;
protéger les civils ;
stabiliser l’est de la RDC.

Si elles sont appliquées, une évidence s’impose : aucun groupe rebelle, y compris le M23, ne peut tenir durablement sans soutien extérieur.

📍Conclusion logique
Privé du soutien rwandais, le M23 :
ne pourra plus tenir le terrain ;
devra se rendre, se démobiliser ou affronter une réponse massive des FARDC.

On nous présente donc aujourd’hui la RDC comme « enfin » en train de recouvrer pleinement sa souveraineté.
