@InchcapeUK I’ve been trying to contact someone from inchcape… picked up my car yesterday and there is a sizeable chip in my windscreen but cannot contact anyone about it. Have sent email etc… still no reply
@qatarairways I have had a nightmare with your airline. I have been at my destination now since Sunday… and my luggage has still not arrived which is crucial to my work. Your baggage tracker will not load… I have had a generic email saying sorry… but please help!!!!
@qatarairways I arrived in Botswana on Sunday… having left the UK on Friday… it is now Tuesday and a piece of my luggage is still missing… PLEASE PLEASE help and tell me where it is.
@qatarairways that means I lose a day of my trip… and I would have been travelling for 3 days without a bed… no compensation offered… no upgrade… this is a very very very unhappy customer!
@qatarairways awful service. Late leaving Manchester by 95 minutes (slow check in)… arrived in Doha late and miss connecting flight… next flight next day at 2am… originally offered hotel as I stepped off flight… now being told hotel is full and I have to wait 19 hours!
