🎉 RELEASE DAY🎉
7 years and 3 months later and it’s finally out, available to stream on all platforms!
Here’s a clip of @_joe_webb_@GethinDrumboy and myself in the studio back in 2018.
I have physical copies for sale, come find me on a gig and I’ll happily sell you one!
Gearing up for the eventual release of my album next Thursday 22nd, please enjoy the full video of ‘You’re Driving Me Crazy’ shot back in 2018. This arrangement borrows from Ella Fitzgerald’s version of the same tune. We stretched it out a bit allowing for bass and piano solos.
My website has been lying dormant for the past few years, but it’s now back and looking better than ever!
Please take a look and let me know what you think, especially if there are any glaring errors!

Way back in 2018 I went into the studio with @_joe_webb_ and Gethin Jones and recorded an album.
I’m excited to announce it will finally be released on 22nd May 2025. There will be a limited amount of CDs available on my Bandcamp as well a high quality download.
Exciting!
The Plain But The Simple Truth.
Great rehearsal yesterday with Mark Crooks and Alex ‘Honey’ Boulton in advance of our gig at The Moustache in Sydenham next Thursday. See you there!
First time doing a gig under my own name in a long time! Thursday 20th June I’ll be down at The Moustache in Sydenham with Mark Crooks and Alex Boulton where we’ll be celebrating the music of Lucky Thompson and Oscar Pettiford. I hope you can join us! https://t.co/PlS1BHMrTn
Recently came across this clip of Miles and the first quintet live on the Tonight Show. They play two tunes, including a cool arrangement of Max Making Wax I’d not heard before. No video sadly, but the audio is excellent.
