🏛️ Day 0.

I've started this before. A morning routine I quit twice. A product I've been "building" for months while it sat at zero revenue.

Same failure every time: no specificity, no clarity, no system. Just a goal and a hope.

Not this time.

180 days. One document. Every hour scheduled. Every metric named. Every failure priced in COP and paid to the friend who's watching.

$15K MRR. 500 users. 3,000 followers. 12 pull-ups. 6 books read and applied. Zero lies to the one person tracking me.

I'm calling it Operation Areté: the Greek word for excellence as a way of operating, not a result you wait for.

15 years old. Solo founder. Full-time student. About 11 hours a week when school allows it.

December 31, I post the numbers. Whatever they are.

Day 1: tomorrow.

This is true. Right now instead of centering on the models available (which you cannot control) we should try to make organized and simple harnesses (it can be the whole design with Pi, or simply the set of .md inside it) to squeeze any model to the highest form of intelligence.

That’s why it’s essential when using AI agents to know the principles in the field you’re trying to tackle, like that any model can accomplish tasks much better based on your expertise, skills, rules and AGENTS.md.

Centering on what you can’t control is stupid. The answer was always enhancing your skills, harness, etc. Try that and you’ll see how your agent (even on models considered “bad” or “not frontier”) can perform much better.

I have built for 40 min full locked in with dictation and Cursor. Has been great.

I think centering on having fun, and smiling without any kind of challenge to life it's the key. even tho my day started not so productively, now is going pretty well.

It's really difficult to have a dream. I have experienced it myself.

failing, recovering, and not having clarity, wanting to give up, not knowing when to rest, losing everything, restarting, feeling like sh*t bc nothing works or bc you're not making the actions, being consistent but no steady progress, no partners, no reminders, you've to set the systems, you try to have fun but this defines your future, you procrastinate, have bad habits, fail harder, recover, and after all: no one cares and they even tell you are lazy.

No one will save you, and probably no one will support you in the ways you'd like. In a customized way, understanding how you work, giving the architecture and daily reminders of progress, making everyday a bit easier to show up, telling you the truth, handling your execution and values. There's no tool that allows anyone to work like that. To enjoy progress again. Not to make it a game (because it'll never feel like it unfortunately), but make it easier, more motivating, CLEARER.

I needed to build something of that kind. Have an MVP ready, still testing, developing something that can deliver real results, real "OMG" results to all of you that suffer this path, that from the outside looks easy, but needs you to change yourself and give your 100% for a long period of time.

- Time availability
- money availability

You may have the time to build it, but without the money to run it, you can't run level
