@MyntraSupport your app keeps sending me to the chatbot and the call number is invalid. Order ID #1247171 00900287300001 exchange issue because there were no tags or brand name on product. Not even on the new product that was to be delivered.

2/2 When I went to collect, they said that they don't have, it is with Embassy. And today my application number shows ‘No records found’ on the tracker.
Those are original documents and I can’t go without them & there’s a certificate that needs embassy stamp.

1/2 My original docs for Italian Study Visa were submitted to @VFSGlobal Delhi, App no IDAC/
200123/0055/01
I recieved my visa on 24June & VFS called me to Delhi office for collecting them and they said they can't send it via courier. (Strange to send visa without original docs)

@vfsglobalcare I got my visa but I didn’t get my original docs. Customer care told me to visit office & submit form for getting them but I have already opted for courier then why did this happen to me. I live 600kms away from Delhi and visiting everyday IS NOT POSSIBLE. HELP!!
