We’ve PROVED to the world that free has value.
Part of our mission has always been to encourage people to help others, for free.
But every time I suggest that, I get a lot of backlash, especially on LinkedIn.
“But people have to pay to pay attention.”
“They worked hard for that knowledge, why should they give it away?”
Well, A) Free has value for both parties.
And B) People deserve help for free.
The proof? We posted a video offering FREE help, and it became the most viewed business video on YouTube.
Now, people all over YouTube are copying the format and sharing knowledge for free because they see the value in it.
This is exactly what we set out to do—show that everyone can benefit from free help.
As well as that we’ve just launched a new YouTube series where the world’s TOP entrepreneurs share their knowledge to the world—for free.
And trust me, we’ve got some BIG guests.
A lot of these guests are heroes of mine in the business world, and they’re giving away their knowledge to everyone for free.
So make sure you subscribe to my channel—you won’t want to miss out.
They might just change your life.
Lewis Hamilton helped us make someone's dream come true!
For the last 12 months, I’ve been saying that everyone should take four minutes to help someone and change their life.
So what did Lewis do? He simply replied to one of my Instagram posts and shared it on his story.
That simple action ensured millions more people saw that person's story, encouraging them to keep going, and it has literally changed their life.
All it took was four minutes of Lewis’s time to reply to a video we made and share it on his stories.
And Mahi and her family have never been happier.
Now, we can all take a leaf out of Lewis’s book and take four minutes to help a stranger. It doesn’t have to cost you anything, just like it didn’t cost Lewis anything.
You can go on HelpBnk, you can make a difference, you can help someone today and change their life.
You can comment on this LinkedIn post, share someone’s dream on your stories, or do something good in this world.
Give without expecting anything in return will make a huge difference to people's lives.
So let’s be like Lewis Hamilton and help people in their race to the finish line.
One video can now make a company or product go bankrupt.
Do you want Pringles after this?
The power of social media blows my mind. Let’s use it to help people not destroy the world 🙏🏻
All it takes to completely change a person's life, is an introduction to one person.
We've noticed a trend when people share their dreams with us.
Often, it takes just one person, with very little effort, to make it happen.
It could be as simple as someone commenting on, liking, or sharing their dream on social media.
One of our goals at HelpBnk is to connect dreamers with that one person who can make all the difference. Sometimes, it’s as simple as a retweet.
We're about to roll out a full update to HelpBnk, and we hope it will make it even easier for those who want to help to do so in a way that’s convenient for them.
We encourage everyone to spend just four minutes a day helping someone like this young girl fulfill their dream.
Because if you want your dream to come true, the best way is to help someone else’s dream come true.
And if your dream has already come true, help others experience the joy of achieving something they’ve always dreamed of.
Toys R Us are coming back, because of this one brilliant move…
I always tell people: build a brand, not just a business. A strong brand will always hold value.
If I offered you the chance to buy the Toys R Us brand today, you’d probably jump at it. You just wouldn’t open up physical stores.
The brand still holds value, even after the challenges it faced.
But here's the interesting part: think of your business as a brand. What does it stand for? How can you make it resonate?
We all know Toys R Us had a great brand but suffered from poor management, leading to its downfall.
Now, the brand is making a comeback.
The big question is, can they make it work this time?
Will, not so long ago, checked if his insurance would pay out if he killed himself.
He was that desperate to find a way to support his family after his business collapsed.
It’s more common than you think.
Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 and the biggest killer of men under the age of 50.
Yet nobody wants to talk about it. I have a feeling this post might even be suppressed by X because we used the word suicide.
I am so proud of Will for having the courage to talk about this and still pursue his dream.
Will’s full, inspiring story is on my YouTube channel—go watch it if you want to help him and if you’re brave enough to discuss this subject.
Please know, if you’ve ever contemplated the unthinkable, you are not alone. Let Will’s story inspire you to stay and keep dreaming!
This is me in 2002 when we opened our first office in Hong Kong.
Fourteen years later, I would sell the company to PWC for more money than I’ll ever need—but at this moment, that was the last thing on my mind.
I just wanted to build a company that I loved working at, a place that was fun and made money to pay for the fun.
I believe that’s why it became valuable—not because I aimed for an exit, but because I focused on building something meaningful.
I recommend all founders think this way—avoid obsessing over an exit and instead just build something you love!
