@HMCTSgovuk @CEOofHMCTS And could you comment upon this ‘in person’ list being in a small Chambers room at this court today - without adequate time between hearings for appropriate cleaning? Court hearings are being listed ‘fully’ ‘in person’ when it could be dealt with remotely or as a hybrid hearing

@RobertBuckland The @HMCTSgovuk inform me that they are awaiting guidance from you, as LC, on enforcement of possession orders where an area is under Tier 2 or Tier 3 restrictions. Are you able to tell us when any written guidance to bailiffs will be available?

@AndyBurnhamGM @DominicRaab ... even if you make them seriously ill or kill them whilst you are fighting for it? Listen to what consultants at the hospitals in your area are saying. Fight for fairness, but do so with a clear eye on just how bad it’s now got in Manchester.
