First class stamps in the UK now cost £1.80 yet the service seems to be going down. Two cards sent on the same day, one first class and the other second class, both arrived on the same day, eleven days later.

Thursday 26 June is crunch time for the Hillingdon Rural Garden Centre. There is a Hillingdon Cabinet meeting at which they may announce that they are going to withdraw £300,000 of funding so the Centre will close. Please support the campaign to keep the Centre open.
A huge crowd, a sea of red badges and T-shirts, took over the centre of Uxbridge last weekend to protest about the possible closure of the Beck Theatre. We need answers to questions about the future of the Beck Theatre.
