What if you could just talk to your floor plan?
“Add an office.”
"Swap the kitchen and dinning room.”
"Rotate the plan 180 degrees.”
"Make the living room bigger.”
Maket's new AI Editing does exactly that.
Here's how it works 👇
New in Maket: Draw Walls 🧱
Drop in a divider wall or design a new room from scratch — our new toolbar and draw wall feature give you the power.
Details like varying thickness for interior vs. exterior walls? Automated, of course.
So you can focus on crafting that perfect layout. 💯 📐
@climateXcrypto@paulgambill You got it. There’s a “CDR Potential” field under each entry, but currently incomplete. I’ll fill them out and make them visible in the main page. Everything has gigaton+ potential though. Go gig or go home! 😅
@climateXcrypto One more thing here, the BC government thinks Natural Gas is a “transition fuel”, which they’ve been using to justify this pipeline. Unless we’re looking to transition straight into the abyss, the reality is we cannot afford new gas plants that will potentially run for decades.
@climateXcrypto But completely agreed — returning land stewardship to indigenous people is one of the biggest levers we have in fighting climate change. Not only did we steal their land, we’ve been awful at looking after it. Time to give it back.
This is by no means an exhaustive list, but the bottom line is that DAC is here already. What’s needed now is to create early demand, so the technologies can mature, come down in price, and ultimately compete with cheaper non-permanent CO2 removal (like planting trees).
Finally, I should mention @heirloom, whose DAC system uses a natural CO2 mineralization process instead of expensive engineered sorbents. They expect this approach to be far simpler, and cheaper, than the “traditional” temperature-swing DAC.
