I’m very late to this one. Unmistakable IPA. Pineapple on the nose and palate. Wheat undertones. Touch of late pepper perhaps. Nice but perhaps a little too much going on for me. #BeerBods
@BeerBods@kevinmagoo72 @fnord2323 Agree. The different profiles people pick up are what makes it so interesting. It’s very dry this one which might contribute to your experience.
Getting more complexity and fruit as I get into the sediment but retaining most of the dryness. A slightly different beer further down the can. #BeerBods
I’m equally late but Here goes. Fruity on the nose although can’t quite nail it down - pineapple perhaps. Very refreshing dryness in first sip - like a lager with flavour #BeerBods
Can get difficult to control the sweetness in this style of beer but they’ve managed to create a beer with a hint of fruit yet some refreshing dryness. #BeerBods
Lovely. Coming into this late tonight. Just what you need for this ‘summer’ weather. Caramel, sweet malt and a bit of fruit (I think). Very drinkable for a dark amber. #BeerBods
It’s a cracker. Deceptively fruity on the nose yet far more subtle on the palate - malt comes through delicate late hops softened by a touch of fruit sweetness #beerbods
Lovely colour. Doesn’t give much away on the nose but first taste impressions are rich dark toffee and coffee. More depth than a typical brown ale. #BeerBods
I’m joining very late tonight but perhaps others are. Fruity aroma as you open it - pineapple perhaps but refreshing, dry and citrus with some pepper on the finish #beerbods
