Those of you with stuck transactions -
You need to:
1. Disable Enhanced gas fee UI on metamask
2. Go to settings -> advanced -> customize transaction nonce ENABLED
3. Send yourself 0 eth or cancel your transaction using higher priority fee and ENOUGH max fee to cover base fee
